Scanora
Brings the KODAK E1030 to the Mac – duplex batch scanning into a searchable PDF.
The scanner has no macOS driver, and the Linux driver has not compiled for years. We went down to the USB protocol and built a sandboxed application from it that passed Apple's review – the same work we do for clients on hardware they own.

FRT Revealer
Chrome extension that brings the hidden labour-time values (FRT) back into Tesla's service manuals.
Not an embedded project, but the same way of working: first find out where the data actually disappears – in the stylesheet, in the page, or on the server – then build the smallest change that solves the problem. The analysis showed where nothing is left to recover, and the page says so openly.
